Our freedom and well-being shouldnt be compromised for his. There are too many young families with young children in this town. Within 10km, there are three elementary schools, two community centres and countless parks and parkettes. this is a low-density housing area with large unfenced yards, tonnes of green space and poor street lighting due to the large mature trees. Way too many places for this guy to be hiding out, prowling for his next victim.

If he is not fit to be back in society, he should go back to prison where he can't pose any harm to innocent people, especially vulnerable children.

This area is surrounded by children! This is not an Area that should have been considered for this man! I have small children and it sickens me that we have someone like this in our surrounding area!
