How can u put a high potential reoffender back in the population unreal he doesn't deserve freedom nor respect or his rights cause he gave that up when decided to take rights of inocennt children feeling safe

How is a monster like this allowed back into society? Whoever made the decision to release him should have had the obligation to house him as well - I'm sure their ruling would have been otherwise.

This person is a threat to our community and should not have been released from jail. He should not be in a community like Schomberg where there is little to no police presence. Lots of parks elderly and ample opportunity for him to hurt someone again. Releasing him was a huge mistake and endangering the general public.

Please lock him up, before his release is regreted.
I want to know what our courts are allowing criminals into our communities knowingly that they will repeat offences. I would put him next door to the judge that released him, next to his kids and grandchildren, daughters and wives.

This is too close to a large population of youth in the village of Bolton. He should be placed in an area far removed from access to the vulnerable children and youth.

Psychologically unwell people should not be allowed into society until they have proven that they are capable of living safely with others. He has not proven this.

Why has he been released if he has admitted that he will offend again? This is ridiculous!!! Why is our justice system "reactive" rather than proactive. If he offends again, our justice system should claim responsibility!!!

He should be declared a dangerous offender and kept in the prison system indefinitely BEFORE he reoffends, AGAIN.
