Why on earth would he be released with the very high probability he will offend again? The man is mentally ill. He should be in a mental institution not jail.

It would cost less to keep this guy in prison rather than have 24 hour supervision. He shouldn't be allowed to live in a regular community. He lost that right a long time ago.

Clearly, this individuals actions have placed him in a jail cell, the so called "professionals" placing him in our midst should be held fully accountable and also placed in jail should somethinng drastic occur including the judge who failed to recognize the present & potential hazard this convicted animal poses to normal humans!

If in fact it is true, shame on CHRISTIAN HORIZONS for housing this garbage. Their good work elsewhere is all for nothing. They will be remembered in our community for the gross injustice they have committed to women and children. Shame on you.

He lost his rights to live part of society when he conducted himself in the manner he did. When considered a risk offender then it is obvious he cannot live safely among us. Do we need him to strike again before he goes behind bars? He needs psychological assessment and to be locked up period!

It is a very sad day when a young woman or any one for that matter can not do something as simple as walk alone to collect the mail. This is such a beautiful safe community that should not have to live under the constant fear that at any given moment this unwelcome dangerous deviant could pick his next victim among us. I wouldn't wish this feeling on anyone but, Let's face it there are larger communities that are more equipped and have far more resources to deal with this level of criminal

I grew up in King, and a lot of my family still resides there. Keith find another place to live- lets just hope nothing happens to any of youth or disabled.

I work with retired undercover agents from TPS. They affirm to me that he is on 9 very near Bernardi garden centre but still within king parameters. My google search shows me 2 houses matching that and no technical address populating for them compared to other houses along this stretch. He is not in a private residence. It a house through an organization to which I cannot disclose the name.

Put him in a halfway house in the city ....the city has programs and enough cops to watch this scumbag ....small town to small town is no good at all lots of cops is what this guy needs

HOW CAN THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA LET THIS SICKO OUT ON THE STREETS AGAIN ESPECIALLY IN THE TOWN OF KING, THIS SICKENS ME TO THINK THAT THE GOVERNMENT WILL JUST LET ANY SICKO OUT ON THE STREETS ESPECIALLY WHERE OUR CHILDREN LIVE, NOW WE HAVE TO BE ON LOOKOUT EVERYWHERE WE GO.
