Incarcerate Sex Offenders in Society (i.S.O.S) - Keith Constantin

Our justice system needs to do a better job of balancing rights here. While this individual may have certain rights upon completing his sentence, the public also has rights to be protected from him. Placing him in a better regulated residential space is the first step in this direction. Placing him in a very remote area not populated by families land young kids within mere minutes of his front door is the next step. If these safeguards are not put in place, it's only a matter of time before he victimizes someone else.

Safety of communities should be of utmost importance. The system failed Keith and now laws are protecting him and failing our communities. Looks like a bandaid solution and not a remedy. Laws should be changed.
