Move him back to prison. Away from society. We don't have enough trained professionals to watch him. How sickening.

I understand that he has "served his time" but an unrestricted half way house? There are clear mental health struggles here...he I'm sure did not obtain treatment in jail...would it not make sense to place him in an institution where it will keep the public safe and provide him the treatment he needs ?! Don't see why this is a struggle

How is a dangerous creep like this being reintegrated into society? He should remain in prison indefinitely. Politicians are accountable for allowing a high-risk offender to be housed in a low-security, rural facility which offers low (or no) protection to local residents. Our women and children are NOT bait for rapists and murderers that have admitted they want to reoffend!
