He has to be in a locked 24 hour facility with Guards/police officers that carry guns. Don't give h another chance to offend and harm another human. As he wants to do before going back to jail. Protect us!!

Do not let this man be released into a high density population of children. He should be released up far in Northern Ontario in a small density town.!

I have lived in Schomberg/King area all my life, as did my father, grandfather, with direct descendants living in area going back to 1842. I walked to school, my children were allowed to bike and walk into Schomberg, and until last week, my grandchildren had the freedom to run around on our property and quiet street without concern for perverts.grabbing them. One very bad move by a flawed legal system has ruined that freedom forever. I prefer that Keith Constantin be forced to move instead of ME!

Dangerous offenders with lifelong prison sentences should not be limited to convicted serial killers. We need to be able to protect communities from dangerous offenders such as this one.
