Incarcerate Sex Offenders in Society (i.S.O.S) - Keith Constantin

This man is housed near several of my dear friends and their families. It disgusts me that a predator such as this be allowed any freedom at all, after robbing so many of theirs. He doesn't have a specific preference of prey - making anyone fair game of becoming his victim. This is topped off with his willingness to openly admit he will rape again, and his desire to murder. There are no words...I am shocked and appalled that he has his freedom. Put him back where he belongs - behind bars in general population!!!!

From what I have read in the news over more than the past few years, sex offenders have been receiving very short sentences, when it is hard enough, in many cases, to even get a conviction against them; many are never charged. Also, the chances of reoffending are great.

Please find appropriate accommodations to keep this individual safe from hurting more people.

I don't think the home they have put him in is suitable situation.It angers me that good elderly people who have contributed positive things to society cannot afford home care yet we pay for this guy. Sad reflection on our society.

This person is an extremely dangerous offender The RINJ Foundation has been tracking for years. It would take some very considerable proof of successful rehabilitation to justify why Mr. Constantin is at large. Mr. Keith Constantin did not make a good impression among his fellow inmates and Corrections Officers and was held in segregation many times. Let's have him removed since our townships don't want to seem to share the same information with their residents about him residing in our area. I live in Tottenham and because we are on the wrong side of 27 we have to fend for ourselves.

He is living about 3 minutes away from where my daughters and I live. There are no "safeguards" that can stop this man from raping or killing someone or their child if he decides to act. Police response time is not fast enough in this rural area. He needs to be behind bars!

Keep everyone safe, put him back into a safe environment (SC). Isn't that the place for dangerous offenders?

I can not believe that this person is free. Get him the hell out of my neighbourhood.

In the winter I have to park in Green p parking lot and walk home! The fact that this guy lives nearby always enters my mind! I never had such thoughts before! It is a little unnerving!!

Protect our children and families!!

We moved from the city so our kids could grow up and ride their bikes to friends houses and walk to school feeling safe. This is ridiculous. He is being monitored for a "period of time" and when that " period" ends, then what?

Get this animal out of our community....lock him up where he belongs!!! I'm sick to my stomach over this!
