As someone who has helped take these sick individuals off the streets I'm shocked he is allowed to be on such a long leash. My son is disabled and non verbal I do not want to even think about him being hurt one day yet having a individual who is repeat offender they will re offend. Statistics show that and you know it. As a rape victim I can say that this system is failing us all. Time for a change.

Time for him to be moved permanently moved to a secure facility and deemed a dangerous offender. In his own words he cannot be rehabilitated and will reoffend on release.

The while issue of releasing these sex predators is WRONG!!! The judicial system and our governing officials show little to no regard for our vulnerable.

All I have to do is repeat the facts, "has at various times been transferred to a maximum security institution, kicked out of programs, had psychological counselling suspended and been placed in segregation...breached his curfew" and question the insanity of placing this very dangerous man in our community. How shortsighted. Do the authorities want him to reoffend? He said " he will rape again...Parole board prediction that he is likely to kill or seriously harm someone."....he should be arrested and behind bars for threatening "all of us". Why must we live in fear. Remove him from our community.
