I just moved into that area for i was told was a safe place for my grand children Now you tell me this person is in the neighborhood I will not see or let my children or grand children visit me Until he is not near by to harm them Thanks

Why is someone this dangerous allowed out in the community? What is wrong with Canadian law? These creeps will definitely re-affend! The guy admits it!! Like Christopher Stevensons killer, out on a pass...raped & killed that sweet young boy the day he was released!! They do not care. There is no cure. People want to hang Muzzo for a horrific accident & are demanding a life sentence, yet peaces of work like this walk amongst us? People are in fear, for theirselves & their children!! Stop this insanity & lock these things up for life!!

As a mother and as a woman...this makes me feel very unsafe. I'd like to think taxpayers money keep them safe from potential risks like these.

This piece of garbage should not be in our family friendly community. If you are not going to lock him up for good, then put him in a community that has the resources and police presence to keep him in check.

A rural location is not the place to house a repeat violent sexual offender. Far from adequate, timely resources with a long police response time. If he assaults those who care for him (as he has done in the past) who are unarmed and help is required it is a 5 -15 minute walk to the nearest isolated dwelling and 30 min. before police can respond.

This man is a threat, plain and simple. He has proven this time and time again. He should not be out in a rural area with slow police response time and medical response time. He should be in a facility with trained, armed workers who are used to dealing with criminals of this type, and who can have cops and ambulances there in minutes. All he is doing here is being conveniently tucked out of the way for any organization that has to deal with him, allowing them to play the blame game and point fingers if (or perhaps I should say "when" based on Keith's own admittance to planning to re-offend) he offends here. As a community, we are saying no to putting ourselves and our families at risk.

Child abuse survivors never get over the abuse inflicted by predators. He has given a number of people life sentences in their own minds & should be removed.
