This person has no place in society if they are ANY risk to any bit especially our minor and vulnerable population.
Please put him back in jail or far, FAR away from such a dense population where he has easy access to children.

I don't agree with letting out a repeat offender on the road he should rot in jail for life!!! Also who in there right mind would release someone who said he would rape again and also kill someone. That's messed up people like him don't deserve to be free, He should get hung and 6 feet under!!! parent if your reading this keep your children very very close. God Bless us all
