Maybe the justice system should spend more time and clearly money on labeling this inmate with a dangerous offender status instead of the government giving him funding to live outside of jail.

This is not okay. He has acted on his temptations multiple times and has stated he wants to kill someone. No one is safe with him walking the streets.

I have two young boys that are actively involved in soccer. The whole community in fact is full of parks with soccer fields and splash pads. Someone that shouldn’t be around children doesn’t belong in a thriving community. He belongs somewhere remote where there is little opportunity for him to reoffend. He is not welcome in York Region.
