I am signing this petition for safety of our community and our vulnerable children and families of victims and the victims that has suffered from the horrific abuse by the perpetrator. He should not be allowed to be in the community and especially breaching his conditions only shows his lack of respect for the law and willingness to re-offend, the world humans are not a test for these type of criminals and their behaviour will never change. Let’s not wait for another life to be traumatic

He followed my husband and I through the Oshawa mall parking lot and stared at us through the windshield of our car while fidgeting with something in his pocket. We didn’t feel safe and recognized his face from news articles. We called the mall police and they advised the police were looking for him. He was arrested again shortly after.
