I'm a correctional officer. He has been under my care before. He is an animal. I truly believe it is not a matter of if he will kill someone... its a matter of when! Our system is very broken.

I'm signing this petition and it's terrible that someone who has been convicted of such crimes is now allowed to reoffend and potentially kill someone as he has clearly indicated he will. Protect our community please.

Outrageous. When are our courts and judges going to send these offenders away for maximum sentences. Or change the code to extend sentences. He will be a repeat offender by his own admission.
