Wayy to many kids around this area walking in and out of saltfleet, now parents need to pay closer attention to their children. Me being a late teenager made me even more scared when I heard about it

Put him back in prison and this time in population so the inmates can take care of him. He isn't needed in this area and there is no reforming a person like that.
