Dangerous sex offenders don't belong in such a family orientated community with young children running around freely around the neighbourhood!! There is a soccer and a hockey organization run for these kids and this sex offender can easily go back to what he does best. Breaking the law and ruining/traumatizing these young kids for life!! As you said he is a repeat offender! He should be put in isolation far away from any children!! This is absolutely disgusting and you will force families to move out of their beloved neighbourhood for the fear and safety of their children!!!

Please remove him from our area! He is too dangerous to be out roaming around. He is a ticking time bomb and will strike again. Someone's life will be ruined by this sicko. He should be locked up for good before he hurts someone. There are a lot of kids in our area, with parks and schools etc. This man should NOT be free.

We work hard to bring our children up in a community where they feel safe - Keith Constantin needs to GO! Our community is full of children (so many our schools are over capacity) - isn't it obvious this isn't the right place for him to be! He shouldn't be allowed to roam free while we all lock ourselves in our homes :(

He is not allowed to be near parks, schools or swimming areas however this area is filled with all of that. There are 3 parks in the area, 2 elementary schools, 1 high school, a swimming pool, hockey arena etc. It is way too dangerous for our children and the commuity.

Reintegration of criminals into society is necessary; however, serious consideration should be given to their placement given the nature of the crime. Having this person reside in an area where there are families with children and schools seems to be without logic. Many of these offender, reoffend once released from jail. The families and children in this community should have the right to live freely and without fear. They should also be kept informed as to his whereabouts and what is being done to treat the mental illness causing him to commit the sexual offence.
