Why should he not be allowed to choose? He served his jail time and is rightfully living in a residential home. Of course he has the potential to be dangerous, but it is not our right as citizens to displace an individual, unlawfully, from an area in which he has the right to live in. A little effort on our parts - like not letting your children roam around the neighbourhoods unwatched - is all it takes.

With his restrictions he should not be allowed to be near school, rec centres or anything. With him living on fruitland he is a quick walk to those and this should not be allowed.

What a world when scum have more rights than tax payers.....may this guy should be living with the brainless idiot that decided that it is ok to allow a sexual predator to live right in the middle of numerous schools and rec. centers...where children play at parks all within walking distance of this Monster. Thank you to Canadian laws when it comes to sex offenders...?
