Perhaps you should educate yourself a bit more on this issue. You might want to read up on the restrictions that he received as part of his jail sentence.

I think it would be better for him and for others if he lives in an area not so close to vulnerable people. He should be directed to a John Howard Society facilitiyor the new St. Joe's facility on West 5th.

You don't loose the right to live freely when you are convicted of a crime. And I'm not sure what you are referring to when you say "punished"? Who is punishing you? To add to what you said, just because you and I have not been convicted of a crime, and have no criminal record, does not give us the right to choose where or where not a past criminal can live.

There are many kids in this area. I hope everyone will be watching and keeping their kids close. Someone who is considered to be a high risk should not be out in the public!!!

If he's a danger to reoffend, why is he free? So he served his time, but shows no indication that the 11 years he was away rehabilitated him, then make an exception and give him more time till his balls fall off or he is truly rehabilitated.

He lost that right when he did what he did! You must not have a child to be thinking and speaking in his defense! Us and our children have done no wrong why should we be punished! I was born and raised here...I haven't been commuted of a crime so I should have a say if I want a child molester close to my children or not!!!!!

I have a young daughter who not only goes to Our Lady of Peace School and plays soccer, she should be able to enjoy our neighbourhood without the fear of being attacked. He needs to be removed from our area immediately. We all need to keep together for the safety of our children.
