Remove Judge William F. McSweeny from the bench

Judge McSweeney is not so much the problem as a symptom of it. The story of King Solomon and the dispute over the child illustrates that there are no good judgements. As a practical matter McSweeney avoids getting involved. Unfortunately, there are sycophants with sick agendas that are not shy about comitting fraud, corruption and abuse before the court. In such court rooms facts and law are not welcome and anyone to not support their prejudice is to be destroyed. BTW: there is no justice to be had...

This judge sucks. My niece has been abused by her scubbag ex and he still has the kids cause of this judge. Get this judge off the bench

I am currently going through the same with judge mcsweeney. I am fighting for my kids who were wrongfully put into their fathers care who is a drug addict, criminal, and been Proven to neglect and abuse our two children.. 3 and 8.. And abuse myself in everyway imaginable. My ex husband has violated our order MULTIPLE times.. Dcf has testified to suggesting i get my full custody back several times now.. And NOTHING is being done!!

this judge is forcing me to go back to massachusetts with my daughter and i don't have a place to live, he said he didn't care. Is this judge seeing that my daughter needs quality of life?

My family and I too are victims of the injustice of Judge McSweeney. He does not follow the law does not review the evidence and is pro se prejudice. Despite my evidence and the LAW he ruled in favor of the plaintiffs and I lost my house. I've spent weeks, months and 10 years doing research at the Law Library, reading thousands of cases on Westlaw and Lexis, and doing research reading Mass Practice, Restatement of the Law, and the M.G.L. annotated. I did my due dilligence and the LAW was on my side, but in Judge McSweeney's Court, his attitude is "my court, my rules, my laws" . He does not have a good grasp of the law, he's rude offensive curt and was totally disinterested in the case to the point where he was dozing off while on the bench. He made rude and offensive comments about my family's testimony, wouldn't allow us to introduce evidence and wouldn't allow us to refute the perjury and lies of the opposition, we were not allowed to recall witnesses, he totally ignored the evidence and the law and I lost my house. He was often curt, arrogant and short-tempered, often told jokes and anecdotes and examples of other cases he presided over that were not relevant and not funny. Although my case was not as serious as sexual abuse or spousal abuse and divorces and child custody cases, the egregious behavior, bias, prejudice and arrogance of the Judge obviously is prevalent no matter the cause of action is.

Wants my child's abuser to have visitation.

We need to protect the abused.

Told them at trial that Rumpelstiltskin was no longer making gold in basement or something like that. Always telling stories but then wont listen to lawyers or people on the stand says out of time. just wants to hear himself talk. Told them some story about separating chiffe from the wheat so many times they memorized it. Told us over and over that a P.C. was a Mommy and a Daddy for the Mommy and the Daddy but then required them to get a 180$ hour p.c in the write up when the wife is getting 715 each week which with one child in ma is living at 74% poverty level. McSweeny told her that the restraining order was fake and she got it so she could have the apartment and kick him out. Told her to get a better job even though the husband was not working and had quit his job right before trial and another time that year. mcSweeny ignored the 56 page 5 month GAL report. Husband had restraining order due to proven abuse to wife, supported DCF reports, suicidal thoughts in writing to a psychiatrist. He didn't know the son's birthday in court. GAL concluded he get 2 hours weekly with supervision. But nevermind McSweeny's decidedn 9 months later in writing to give the dad 20% of the week which then increased to 33% of the week including three overnights by five months from the judgement. He got half the summer and every other vacation. Wife gets 1.5% of husband's salary before he quit his job and about 8% now. Totally criminal. this is especially for kids who didnt ask to get divorced

I want him removed from my case

He is clueless, pompous, and just tells stories to satisfy his own big ego. No sense of justice. He has ruined hundred and perhaps thousands of families' lives.

I have gone through something similar to a lot of these comments.. this judge is a joke.

This fat ass should retire.
