Remove Judge William F. McSweeny from the bench

This fat ass should retire.

Judge McSweeney is a disgrace to the justice system. He shows no sympathy to victims of physical and sexual abuse. He allows victims to feel helpless and powerless of abuse. Imagine being a victim of abuse and finally having the courage to go to a judge to get a restraining order to be denied a restraining order under NO good circumstances. He makes victims feel belittled and gives the abuser more power to keep the pattern of abuse going. Judge McSweeney is a disgusting human being and should never be held to such a high power position. My heart goes out to victims of abuse that come into contact with this man. Do NOT let this man suppress your story. You are strong YOU can make a difference of telling your story and help other victims.

Hate this judge. Most unfair person. All he does is make assumptions

It is rumored McSweeny also got involved with his clerk and had to take a leave of absence for misconduct then divorced his wife and married her.

Any way to have judge mcsweeney removed on my case my son father hasnt been in his life the last several years and the past year hasnt seen him on scheduled court days father takes me to court and states its me not allowing the vistations amd judge believes him and grants him every Saturday and i have proof of every single cancellation father made any suggestions

Judge McSweeney enables child abusers to keep abusing their children by returning innocent, helpless children to horrific biological parents. It’s ridiculous that a child is born addicted and the mother stays clean for a year and gets the child back in her custody. It’s more disgusting that judge McSweeney does not protect children. Instead he returns the. To biological parents where the child ensues a lifetime of abuse whether it be physical or emotional.

I am so sorry this happened to you. My mother is battling McSweeney and he is siding with a thief and liar in my family so they can steal my mothers home. She is 70. He is truley a piece of work and should not be on any bench never mind a judicial one. He has not concern for the true law and facts.

I was forced to see my father because of this judge and I am terrified of my father. I hate this judge and what he has made me go through.

Terrible judgments from McSweeny... He puts women in extremely unsafe situations by giving child custody rights to their abusers (even when children are terrified of the father) with no protection for the mother. (Including one who strangled his own son and still retains 50% custody!!! This kid has attempted suicide due to being so distressed over being forced to see his dad.) Outrageous and egregious. No idea how he’s still allowed on the bench.

Judge McSweeney took away my custody and have it to a registered level 3 sex offender. He tested dirty on a court ordered drug test. McSweeney said is marijuana even a drug(before it was even legal). He said it didn't matter that he has 6 active restraining orders on him it has nothing to do with a child. I work full time don't drink or do drugs. A therapist ordered from these court wrote a letter to the court I was sane. He granted custody based on this level 3 sex offender who was never in my son's life custody based solely on the lies he said. He needed no proof with McSweeney. I haven't seen my son for 3 years due to this pr*ck. He should be locked in a cell with with this level 3 strangling him. My prayers to all others affected by this deranged nut who allows known sex abusers near innocent children. I believe McSweeney is gay and likes to take it up thr arse.

Judge William Mcsweeney, child abuser, Stole my sitters and my college 529 money. My dad was paying our bills and in 2015 he froze the account while we were in school. I had to drop out and my sister was lucky enough to get grant money taking away from someone else that could have attended college. He was also responsible for my sisters, grandfather and me from being kicked out of our family home. My grandfather was a disabled veteran recovering from a stroke. He died 10 days later.

Judge McSweeney hurts children by siding with the fathers, regardless of abuse, including sexual abuse, of the children. He approves fathers' requests to pay less than state guidelines for child support, even when they make hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Ridiculous judgement made to this case.
