I grew up knowing of Bill McSweeny through family. I've come to learn he's a very unfair person in his own personal life. He's also very unhappy with his life and this is a fact. The negative comments i read 100% resonate with the person he has become. Very hypocritical and insular with a ability to be anything but fair. Not sure how this type of person has a place on a bench.

Judge Mcsweeny refuses to abide by standing order 21-3 adn either terminate a non essential restraining order or modify it to reflect probate order for visitation. this arrogance has given my ex the ability to abuse the RO and have me unjustly jailed.

This judge is bias against good dads I filed emergency hearing. On my son mother for her attacking him. Police went out to do wellness check and said my son was assaulted and a restraining order was put on his mother to by the district court. But this judge says it best interest of my son is to be with his mom at this time but not one person or bad evidence was. Presented at tral except mother saying Lies about me

My ex assaulted my daughter an he gave him visitation with anyone of his choosing shadow him while with her. He has not paid support in months regarding her. My ex has been arrested almost 10 times. I don’t know how he sleeps at night doing this to people . My daughter never had an advocate or a court appointed lawyer which I heard after that fact is required. What kind of man plays Russian roulette with peoples life’s.

This judge is a total POS. He's allowing my narcissistic alcoholic ex husband have custody of my son. He favors guys period. My ex lied the whole time in court and I told the truth and where did it get me??? My son is miserable at his father's!!! I hate this judge, we have to do something together it's the only way!!!

My comment obviously you were not a good place for the child to be either judge can’t be reading everybody’s mind who’s good who’s bad he’s reading what he got for dockets from other people if you can prove it if not, there’s a reason why don’t you have your child? What did you do?

I agree, this judge doesn't like women and doesn't give them equal time to speak. I saw him writing down the things my ex was saying but didn't write a thing down that I said! He also, wouldn't take my paperwork to prove what I was saying. My ex gets to write lie and I can't even hand the judge my answers or any proof he was lying? What a sham!!! I'm beyond pissed!!

Me and my husband have dealt with this judge for years! My husband have full custody of his son, and all this judge did no matter what was placed in front of him was favor the mother. 1,000s of dollars owed in child support, no action against her. I could go on and on and on.

FYI: If you look at the rulings in "family court" they follow prejudice or sadism. Most judges prefer one kind of parenting arrangement. I heard a judge say that they would not sign a divorce decree that was fair and equitable. One got the kids and the other paid for them. Too many judges prefer a gender based divorce (that was once written legal prejudice). And others split "decisions" between their prejudice with the sickest parent. It sounds like you got the latter. It is a matter of numbers, they want to see fair and support their prejudice - so appoint sick parents that abuses your kids and supports their prejudice.
This system needs extensive reform. The first step is to ELIMINATE CUSTODY DECISIONS and broad discretion.

If you want to advocate for real change, ELIMINATE CUSTODY DECISIONS from the probate. The probate is a court of record! They are NOT A COURT OF LAW! The bill of rights to not apply. Judicial cannons do not apply! They were not appointed by the people. They were not appointed by the congress or any other authority that derives power from the people. They are all self appointed and truly report to no one!
This all came about because the land records seemed a good place to record other issues of equity. Divorce was all about equity and the real courts did not want it, so the probate filled in. Over time they all went mad with power...
