Remove Judge Lisa O. Gorcyca from Office

I am a resident of Oakland County.

Disgusting that a judge let alone a woman judge do these horrible acts that will be lifetime memories and more trauma to the children and mother! Courts and laws need o take away fathers/ parents nights for months and he must prove he is a better father father and makes and takes time for his children. Not automatically allowed. Action speaks louder than words. Judge needs to be thrown in Jail and father!!!!

I am currently fighting a battle with my mentally ill sons mother because she is upset that I will not be with her. Gorcyca is a terrorist and continues to help abusive parents isolate children. Lisa Gorcyca had an affair with the somewhat known David Gorcya while she was his assistant causing his wife to divorce him and take the kids. David then married his mistress Lisa Gorcyca and this public affair has embarrassed Lisa and showed her character to the pubic. David’s Kids will not interact with Lisa and since Lisa destroyed her life with her whorish ways. She uses Oakland county to ruin as many families as she can. Oakland County knows of her constant unlawful unjust behaviors yet due to racism and her husband it is constantly overlooked. This woman should be hung.

Judges like this one and Margaret Zuzich Bakker cast shame on our state and on our entire judicial system!

Horrible judge. Oakland County is at fault and negligent for allowing a terrorist to remain on the bench especially after harming children. This ladies insecurities are on blatant display in the courtroom and she is always for petty squabbles instead of resolutions. She is a complete goof ball and should be working somewhere far away from human beings and children.

This is an abuse of the law.

It is now 2019 and the dishorable Gorcyca is still up to her prejudice unlawful misconduct in court. Took my child from me because I am a successful man who does not want to be with my child’s mother. This lady should be severely punished and her social reputation in Michigan is just as bad. Gorcyca was the mistress of a man who was divorced by his wife due to infedility and now the Step Kids advocate for her removal everyday. Michigan is easily the worst state in the country and you easily see how in a cess pool like Michigan this is possible. This lady deserves jail time and whatver happens to her in jail for the lives of children and adults she has ruined.

Reform is desperately needed in Family Court. Family Court too much injustice is handed down too many children's lives are ruined and many children murdered by the abusive parent after being torn from the safety of the fit parent. The injustice in Family Court along with the enormous fianicial loss paid for services of lawyers and GALs too often cause the parent to snap and harm or murder the children

This woman has allowed my ex husband to alienate my children from me! Nothing has been done about it and she is only hurting my children. She does not care!!

Eufamisticly, this judge is a prostitute of court fraud. The children may not be able to professionally express the emotional and physical abuse from imposed cout Paternal racket , however the judge functioned as part of ordering the abuse. I think it also abused the mom emotionally not being able to protect her kids from the court. I do not know if the father sees this the power of the court as abuse rackaterring against the children , the mother and him. However, the lady that made this decision is abusive with court athority. Middle age abuse of the court. This judge should have no authority and the kids. ......The kids should be provided...a non racketeering lawyer to suew the court. Also take the judge off the bench. Also look into whom has been encouraged of the elite circle to go to this judge with their lawyers. This judge is not on the side of justice.... she is 'working' for to power the elite. She is the middle man to do injustice for those who would need a crooked system to get their way. Either way....in and for her rule in this case....Remove this Judge. She is a protitute of an elite court fraud.

She has done this to so many other cases for the same exact decision. The father keeps the kids and the mother gets nothing. For anyone's interest Lisa Gorcyca in fact got involved with her husband Judge Gorcyca, who was married at the time. She caused havoc and married the guy judge so that both could rule the disctrict court system for Oakland County, MI. She is a viscious snake and has no concern for the law. The court system protects one another plus she also honors the Oakland County Police so that she gets re-elected by favor tactics in her court room. She needs to be punished herself. Check out her past cases and see the same resemblance that she orders for the majority of the time.. It seems she dislikes mother figures most always if not always. She and other judge friends of her at the district level all need to leave the bench for our regard as a citizen. I'm happy this has been brought to light to the public. Something needs to be done to not allow her evil tactics to proceed. That goes for all of the District Court Judges in Oakland County.

She's in the wrong profession if she's gonna act unprofessional, and she was even defiant when her butt was on the line, on the stand she had attitude and rolled her eyes. She doesn't care for the best interest of children, clearly.

What she has done, is rip a family apart, and made innocent children like criminals, just because they don't want contact with their abusive dad. Well done Judge Gorcyca, your actions have ensured that these children will probably have mental health problems later on in life, and mabey PTSD. You have used your power, not for good, but to ensure you wreck 3 children's lives, and cover up your failings.

This is just aweful. Unfortunately, this it typical for judges across the country. Something must be done. Victims need to speak up and call these so called "judges" out

How does this happen? Her unchecked bias, cruelty and the verbal abuse!! Yes, this judge must be off the bench, and she must get a psychological evaluation immediately!

She is a monster and she is completely unprofessional and she is the one who acts like a child !!! I've never seen such a horrible person or video!!! Very disturbing that she is a judge or lawyer even
