Have Gocyca removed. What a disgrace to our judicial system. Finally someone is holding her accountable for what she did and the children's voices are being given heard. No one is above the law!!!

Yes remove her. I believe that our children have the right to their say. I believe they should have a voice. We as parents as teachers try to imply that we should have a voice. Yes our kids should have a voice as well, they are human. They should have a say! The courts should try to look out for the BEST interest of the children. This is so upsetting because something like this is happening to me NOW. My oldest daughter doesn't want to live with her dad and the mediator said that only because she's 13 that does not give her the right to choose where she wants to live, only when she's 18 she has that choice.

Judge Gorcyca I was told was god in her court room. She removed my daughter from my custody and put her in the hand of my abusive ex and his family who are abusing her mentally. I do not know what's wrong with this system because something is definitely not right. Remove a child from the custody of a parent without evidentiary hearing is amazing! all my ex-husband lawyer had to do was to lie and judge Gorcyca did not bother to protect a child best interest. All I can do is to put my daughter in the hand God. This judged does not realized the consequences of her action and pray that she will never have the chance to hurt a child again.
while we are to follow the law judge Gorgyca use it to destroy the life of children. Can an authority reexamine all her cases and make it right for the children!
I am willing as well to sign any petition that would remove this women from the bench.

Judge Gorcyca has given my abusive husband unlimited parenting time that is unsupervised. There was no sight visit for them to determine if he had adequate housing for the girls ages 9 and 10. No parenting classes or counseling for him. And he was never ordered to pay child support.
And I have to pay his legal fees. I will be willing to sign any petition or even testify against . The children do not want to be with him because not only is he abusive but he walks in front of them naked and has been seen by the younger child with his hands in her sisters underware, and watching them while they bathe and dress.
and this same Judge has given his unsupervised visitation from Thursday-Sunday.

Emotional Abuse costs lives and needs to be recognized in courts. These children are strong and brave in standing up for their rights as human beings. Only they know what they experienced which will effect them and the adults they grow into.
