I understand he is doing his job however there are certain rules for certain people. If you are in his “inner circle” you don’t have to follow any rules and he turns his head. Also why don’t we have a park anymore?

Joe has talked down to me multiple times when asking questions, swore at me when asking about the paving of my neighborhood roads when kids were getting hurt due to failing to pave and keep small rocks and gravel lose and made us get rid of our chickens!!!!

I am a small business owner in manor. Joe has harassed us every opportunity he had when we work in the area. We have stopped taking work in manor due to him and his constant harassment. I will forward this to the many business I know in the situation

I lived in Manor until 2017 and I watched this man harass just about every nonprofit organization, many of the small businesses and numerous residents of Manor. There are contractors who will no longer come into Manor to do work because of the harassment they get from the Boro Manager, this means higher prices to Boro residents because of a lack of competition. Throw in his checkered past while with the State Police and you have someone who shouldn’t be the face of Manor Boro. Keep up the pressure and if this council won’t do what’s right then get together a slate of candidates who will and run in the next election. Manor has been run as an Oligarchy far too long.

We don't know how he keeps his job. We have made complaints about him to the council President. If we harassed "customers" at our jobs like he has done to us, we would no longer be employed. He seems to forget that we, the boro residents, pay for a portion of his salary through our hard earned tax dollars. We don't want anyone to lose their job in these times, but REALLY???? Is it going to take a law suit against him and the Borough for harassment before the council members realize he is a liability. Definitely NOT an asset. Pennsylvania is a work at will State (Commonwealth). People are fired everyday and there doesn't need to be a reason why. He needs to go!!!!!!

I was treated extremely disrespectful and rude by joe. All he wants to do is act like he’s a big shot intimidating the honest hard working people who are taking good care of their homes and community. He’s actually driving good people out of our neighborhood.
