He has cost me thousands of dollars in held up work. We have what we call the “Lapia tax“ at work and are very transparent with the customer on why their being charged extra. Most customers don’t believe me and feel the lapia tax is not fair.... until the work commences. Joe never fails to disappoint! He always shows up with some new rule he instated last week or some unreasonable way of doing the job that cost me and the customer. This has gone on long enough. The residents of Manor have been paying for this the most and it isn’t fair.

I was scraping snow away looking for a curb box in a customers front yard when joe pulled up during his lunch time. In his rough tone he started to give me a hard time and wanted to know if I made the pa one call!!! I was scraping away snow!!! He has given manor a bad name by the way he gives everyone -in every situation -a hard time in everything we do. We have been in business for almost 50 years and in every other area employees are friendly and willing to work with us, I have heard it from countless people they refuse to work in manor because of him. It’s about time we get our voices heard.!!!

This needs to end already. It's gone on for too long.
