It took over a year to sub divide a piece of property that belonged to my father. We had been living here already for @ 17 years. The
Meetings were only once a month. We kept having to go back to the land surveyor. He took one meeting and told my husband that the lettering on the surveyors plans was wrong and had to be bigger? Really? The surveyors who were in business for over 40 years and
That Manor was the worst borough to deal with. It cost us an additional $1000 JUST for the changes which could have been done in 1 or 2 meetings. Plus additional fees. It took over a year to sub divide when we had been here all along. It was all on Joe.
I know many others that have had complaints , including families that wanted to close in a screened in porch( already there) and one wanted a deck, pool was already there. He’s

Fined for doing a job with no permit when we were grading and installing a lawn, none the less the homeowner had a permit for his new pool install so if needed it should have been included under that. Although it’s extremely ridiculous to have to have a permit to clean up from a new pool install and plant grass.

In support of my family who live in the borough, I feel he abuses his power and uses very offensive and inappropriate language when trying to communicate with the community he is required to represent. He conducts himself in a very unprofessional manner that promotes a power grab. He is not a good example of the type of person I would want my grandchildren to grow up to be. Also, I feel it is time to take a look at and amend some of the ridiculous rules in the borough that are no longer necessary and make no sense at all.

Upon moving to Manor a few years ago, I have felt harassed twice now by him and wanted to look into reporting it with the most recent episode that occurred a few months ago. Is the Boro liable for hiring a known individual who engages in harassing citizens, predominantly women?
