My Manor roots are generations deep. It’s simplicity is what people have loved. One of the best Manor things is that it’s retained its individuality and character and small community fellowship. Leadership is about unifying and creating good, not divisiveness, intimidation and bullying. We need representation of who we are as a community.

I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure of knowing Joe for many years and all Joe is good for is destroying Manor and overwhelming harassment. He needs to go, I have never met a more arrogant man. He gets paid to bully Manor residents while he sits on his high horse all day.

I was married to joes step daughter for a few years. We have 2 kids together, and I remember being harassed by manor police on behalf of joe all because I showed up for my kids. It got so bad that I couldn’t come see my children for months! I do not live in manor anymore, but with him in charge wasting your tax money and abusing power I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before it becomes a Netflix documentary.
Such a abuse of power! He sure has napoleon syndrome.
Quid pro quo joe! Such a pig! Get rid of him, a monkey could run the community better then him!

Gets paid too much for doing nothing. The last year I believe he received a 17% increase in salary. Too much for what he doesn’t do.

While I no longer live in Manor in my 17 years of living there I had plenty of dealing with the Boro Manager. I'd like to make a suggestion, If whoever started this petition is serious then may I suggest that;
1. Get a referendum on the next ballot, call the County election bureau they will help you through this. Put forth a referendum to eliminate the position of Manor Boro Manager to be replaced by a Boro Secretary at a salary of no more than XX?, do some research on average Boro Secretary salaries. You certainly don't need to be paying a Boro Manager over 60k a year in salary, some fringe benefits & and a $28,000 Boro owned truck.
2. I believe there are four (4) council seats coming open next year so run four (4) like minded people and get back control of your great town. Again the County Election Bureau will tell you who is up for re-election and how to place names on the ballot, it takes a little work but it will be worth it.

Joe's a good servant to me. he's always busy killing hopes and dreams of a better world. I commented on his great job of destroying his community. He's my best worker, no friends, no life. Just a future by my side. I love his cold, dark soul. Soon he will suck the little life left in this town. Once his job is completed he can die alone and heartless and join me for life. Even I can learn from best. He fined me for my fire pit being to large. He even rude to me

I have to keep my name private for obvious reasons. I have had many bad experiences with him, he is extremely arrogant and condescending. He is the driving force behind manor’s decline. Not fit for the position and needs replaced with someone who is personable, reasonable, and sensible.
