I am agast why they wud put an ad on television isn't it hard enough tat families have to lose a member of family r a close friend to da dreaded diesel I watched my grandfather n 2 close relatives go through it and wasn't pleasent watching them it was heart breaking and people who say tat need to think again really its not right

Why though? I remarked on it to my partner the other day because it stuck in my head. I usually pay little attention to bus stop advertisements but this one caught my eye straight away. I was like "wait wtf did I just read" then I saw the text below. It is effective at advertising and being viewed by a wider audience.
In fact it actually raises money to fight cancer.

Absolutely disgusting add and an insult to every single person that is fighting cancer, fought it or died from it. Such an insensitive add that has done nothing only get people angry at the I.C.S. Irish has also git people talking alright but not positively. Who on earth wants to get cancer?!?!? With all the money wasted on this add campaign is a shame as the money could have actually helped at the very least one person. Bad form all around I.C.S

I watched my mother battle and loose the battle with this horrible diasce and I would not wish it on anyone let alone say that I would want it. There's other ways to raise awareness but not this advert

My husband is a cancer survivor. My sister also survived cancer but I lost my brother to cancer fifteen months ago.

Please remove this add it is hurting people. The same message could have been delivered in a clearer way. Admit you have made a mstake
