The board has confirmed that Dr. Huot will be stepping down from his position as superintendent. I am now working with legal counsel to ensure the transition process follows the accountability standards we demanded. We will remain observant as the search for new leadership begins.

We, the undersigned Parents of children who are attending or have attended Stamford Central School, students of Stamford Central School, as well as Stamford, NY residents and taxpayers, have signed this petition to express our dissatisfaction with the current district superintendent, Dr. Glen Huot.
This petition is an expression of our “Public Vote of No Confidence” in Dr. Huot and his ability to run our school. Dr. Huot is unable to adequately represent Stamford CSD's mission to "build a partnership of students, families, staff and community members in order to create an educational community dedicated to excellence." We understand the severity of this decision and did not arrive at it hastily.

The scale of this feedback compels the school board to acknowledge the growing vacancy of trust in current leadership. I am currently finalizing a letter to the district superintendent and the board of education to formally request a public review of these concerns.

Has been ruining high school experiences and scamming hard working Stamford teachers, faculty, parents, and students for wayyy too long. Bye bye
one day he didn’t even know my name, next day he’s shaking my hand at graduation acting like he knows who the students are. he needs to go. doesn’t care about any of the students or have any respect for anyone.
Has to go!!! He is ruining the school, kids, family and staff. Best decision for our family ever Made was to leave the school. Our family and mainly our kids are so much happier at a different school.
Arrogant person who never cares or respects anyone. He needs to leave our small community and stop being a dictator for our school.
I want him out! He doesn’t care about his students. We couldn’t do anything due to him saying no for everything. He also doesn’t know his students names. He didn’t know I went to Hungary. He never acknowledged us.
Needs to go. Making the school an unpleasant place to be.
