The head coach needs to be removed. He is the one in charge and at the end the day he calls the shots. He is the final decision maker and it's clear he doesn't know how to coach football. OL spacing is a clear issue and hand placement. Offense is the same thing over and over. I don't see anything inspiring with this football staff and that starts with the head coach leadership. And attitude does reflect leadership. Kids are checked out. Losing players to other programs. Kids quiting. The writing is on the wall.

The coaching staff isn’t sufficient enough for high school level. We have continuously been let down by our Coaches Ability To teach our athletes At A higher level to be competitive for their futures. They lack the ability to develop The team as a whole without relying just solely on key players. Which in turn leads to athletes feeling discouraged due to lack of playtime also putting them at risk for injury once they are in. The Blazers were once a desired organization to play for and be proud to represent. Unfortunately now we have talent looking to transfer to other schools. High school coaches have a key role in providing these players with the proper training to potentially progress into a college. These coaches have shown over the seasons they’re unable to provide that for our players. Changes needs to be made!

Get him out this has gone to far and we need to get this team turned around where kids want to play here and not go to other schools because of him.

Never seen a program not practice the jv string. The boys literally stand there and watch. Shameful!

I watched two games this year and do not have a child on the team. I been around football my whole life and never seen a high school team look less coached then a peewee football team.

I failed to mention that I also have proof of players who have had/is having great success in the very areas that these same coaches intentionally held them back from. I pray that any and everyone with the power initiate and conduct a thorough investigation into these individuals and their network, because there is no ethical reason they should still be there.

I have a history of evidence of the underhanded moves made by both coaches along with a few more of their counterparts against innocent players. They’ve stacked stats for certain players and intentionally held others back. These coaches have ruined so many great players’ love and passion for the sport throughout the years, they’ve had many complaints submitted to the school athletic director, the district athletic director and more! Nothing ever happens! Whatever politics they’ve been connected with have been protecting them throughout the years by dismissing and removing those who challenge these individuals instead of correcting them or removing them. This has done nothing but harm that community of students over the years and it continues to get worse. If a change does not happen that program will continue its demise.
