R ന്റെ ശ്രെമങ്ങൾ വിലകുറച്ചുകാണുന്നില്ല. അദ്ദേഹം ആവുന്ന വിധം കേരളത്തിലെ പാർട്ടിയെ വളർത്താൻ ശ്രെമിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്നാണ് വിശ്വാസം. പക്ഷെ ആ പ്രവർത്തികൾ എത്ര ഫലം കണ്ടു എന്നതാണ് പ്രശ്നം. കുറെ കൂടെ ജനങ്ങളുടെ ചെറിയ ചെറിയ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ അറിയാനും ഇടപെടാനും നിലപാടുകളിൽ വ്യക്തതപുലർത്താനും സാധിക്കുന്ന ഒരു നേതൃത്വം പാർട്ടിക്ക് ആവശ്യമാണ്. കുറെ കൂടെ ഊർജ്വസ്വലനായ ഒരു നേതാവിന് അവസരം ലഭിക്കട്ടെ.
AAP needs to come into active politics of Kerala through an efficient leadership. CR Neelakandan has failed to keep the tempo of AAP momentum that was evident during Mission Vistar period.
Remove CR & team with a credible face & team. AAP Kerala graph has been declining drastically during CR's tenure. Do not forget that AAP got 1.6% votes in 2014 election. An interim state convener became a burden for no reason in a volunteers driven movement.
He was not able to manage critics . He can not be a state convenor as he is dealing with other organization like environmental leader and so on, We need a leader who can take decision and express opinion independently also ready to work with passion of support public. Not to his own seat ans fame.
He got enough time to prove his leadership qualities in uniting all factions and make a relevant standing of party amongst corrupt & criminal political nature in kerala. Sadly, but we could see him working all his tenure just to safeguard his position by manipulation of facts and truths to the centre as well as to the subordinates.
I support this motion.

The request to change CR is nothing personal. Three years and we have not only not reached the target set for the initial three months , but shrunk in size. Change of approach and goals are long overdue..
