I am currently compiling the documented evidence of tenant intimidation to submit as part of a formal ethics complaint. My focus has shifted toward coordinating with local legal advocates who are reviewing the specific allegations regarding rental property leverage. Expect a report on the filing status once the documentation package is delivered to the City Council office.

The current level of public interest has reached a point where we are moving to the next phase of this effort. I am now finalizing a formal letter to the City Council to present these demands along with the documented records of intimidation.

I am disappointed that someone would use there status to intimidate there tenants. Makes me worried for my children when they have to rent.
Please investigate this man. I live right next to one of his properties and I watched him do some things that are very questionable.
I don't believe that voter intimidation should be allowed by any person, especially a person currently in power in the city. If he wants to change the zoning requirements and single family description for rental property's, he should do it through legal means. Blair Brown should resign or be removed for his actions.
This type of behavior is un-American and should not be tolerated at any level of elected public servitude. He needs to resign and this needs to be more public in order to set the standard that we the people will not tolerate this type of behavior.
Might want to have his license in the good landlord program pulled too if possible.
Blair Brown needs to go.

This is completely illegal and honestly disgusting. You cant just bully people into voting how you want because you hold the lease. He needs to go.
