This is seriously dangerous for children & animals alike.

Hateful stuff .. cause of amputations & worse .. what's the matter with standard stock fencing ?

I understand the need for a fence here but believe that barbed wire poses a danger to people and animals.

This is very dangerous for dogs-mine has nearly been hurt on several occasions.

This stuff should be banned. My puppy got his tail caught in some and screamed in distress. Have to put him on lead now when I walk there

Why has this fence been laid like this, it is dangerous, there is another barbed wire fence a few metres inland bordering this property, is it for the security of the land owner or for another spurious reason?

My labrador stumbled on a piece of this fence that has been trodden down. It is highly dangerous

Totally unnecessary

Went on this lovely walk today and was shocked to see the barbed wire fencing. It is totally incongruous to the idyllic surroundings and very dangerous.

I have visited this area, it is. It only dangerous to dogs but young children too. This is public right of way to the foreshore and should be taken down immediately. Come on Chichester District Council, it is your domain DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
