Remove Andrew William Vella 016 BOOM BOOM (Formerly of Clarkefield and Gladstone Park) from the CBRS

This turd is a menace that deserves to be removed from the Citizens band radio. my children were on the CB the other night and the verbal diarrhea that comes out of his mouth is not in the spirit of CB radio, he should be removed. he follows you around the channels and if its not you it will be someone else. He should be locked up in a PSYCH ward for the rest of his days.

Thanks to those that have signed and commented. I have spoken to at least 6 people, and I know of more that have left the 27mhz CBRS as a direct result of Andrew BOOM BOOM 016's behaviour. If the ACMA do not think that he's behaviour constitutes, Harassment, Stalking and Bullying then that's very sad as I know it would be seen as such anywhere else. Even when another user that 016 gets in his sights are not on the radio, he will try and call them out and whether or not they bite back he will attack and slander them, sometimes for a whole day. Uses Skype so he can still do the same kinds of behaviour, even when he is not at home. Cross band from one band to another so he can still do the same behaviour. Using Pinchie channel to do same. If you feel his behaviour warrants a complaint you should send it to. [email protected]

His a muppet and any locals that defends andrew are muppets andrew has being abusing for years and now the heat comes back at him he cant handle it and all his babies from am defend him because they are just as stupid as him am wannabe americans that talk and act like babies, how about growing up acting your ages and learn to speak properly . I agree its about time andrew was removed from all sorts of communication the acma already know his a pest but continues to let him get away with it.. he says no one can remove him from 35? I think the courts may have something to say about it..

A jerk that should be prosecuted for harrassment

This dude is a menace go to you tube and view footage of him transmitting out of band. Surely the acma can do something about his abuse threats ect it happens daily .transmits over the top of other operators for his satisfaction runs illegal power plays his boom boom song over 35 the guy has no consideration for anyone else trying to enjoy the radio ...pull your finger out acma and do something about this idiot

It is only a matter of time and people will take matters into there hands. So it is urgent that ACMA do something about this pest. His language is disgusting and his personal attacks on other operators is terrible. As he claims he is on holidays for 4 weeks it means we have to put up with this abuse all day and night. Boom Boom is his own worst enemy and has no one else to blame except himself

Hi, i have to agree with all these other people, this user andrew needs to be removed its not good his fouls abusive language is not necassary, now he is starting to put vk members names adresses and phone numbers on the cb radio , if they acma dont do anything about this operator i will proceed with legal action against andrew and also the acma for doing nothing to stop this harrassment and abuse... he provokes people to breaking point then complains he is the victim ...just a total scumbag and one day he will get whats coming to him.

Really, this guys is a pest and the ACMA know it. He has preached the act in a number of ways. If they say different then it is the ACMA who should be taken to task as well. Not good enough. I have personally been to Andrew's home and have seen him running large amps and using the computer to scan the band the play music over people or worse. This is why we are no long friends. He should be removed for all forms on radio communications. I think it was 6 months he was removed last time next time it should be for ever or at least 10yrs.

As a partner of a radio user l am sick to death of hearing this attention seeking individual rattle on nothing but abuse & threats to other normal radio users and unfortunatley to himself half of the time (I believe this to be called ghost talking!!) when l'm spending quality time with my partner. If this sad little individual could have normal conversations he would find most people would chat to him but after constantly hearing his behaviour answers my question as to why he can't be a normal mature man of his age..lm guessing too many bongs and not enough social interaction in the real world,  with real people might be some of issues. He needs to be removed from radio permnantly so the radio can be used for what it was designed to be..social interaction with other people from all walks of life, without ridiculous childish behaviour and unsavory threats to anyone who is trying to have a normal conversation with other people. He sounds quite unbalanced and appears to be gaining momentum with his threatening behaviour...when are the  Police or the AMCA going to take action on this mentally disturbed person and give him a permanent ban from using the radio? He has already openly said he has no respect for the law or anything or anyone else for that matter. This requires immediate action....without any excuses  I'm sure high schools and work places take more abrupt action against anyone being harassing,  both sexual and verbal and threats to kill or do worse to their children or wives. Give us all some peace and get rid of him for good with a lifetime ban from any form of radio use. Laine

Please have this operator removed from cb radio i hop on to speak to good people and when i do i am sexually harrassed by andrew. I have told him no on a number of occasions then i am abused with dirty vulgar language and 2 or 3 hours of abuse or until he moves on to his next victim . Something needs to be done about this as it always seems to fall on deaf ears his constant abuse swearing illegal bong smoking over channel 35 is unacceptable his use of amatuer equipment and illegal amplifiers also its not fair when all us good operatirs want to chat and he feels the need to play music record peoples voices and abuses all the time . Please acma do something about it befor people take it into their own hands .thankyou

Please have this guy removed. He incites violence. And unfortunately, it's only a matter of time before something bad happens. ACMA, do your job guys. There is more then enough evidence to show this guy 016 bullies and threatens other users of CB radio.

Please remove this serial pest. He seems to take great delight in pestering and provoking people to a point that they bite back, then he makes out like he is the victim.
