Remove Andrew William Vella 016 BOOM BOOM (Formerly of Clarkefield and Gladstone Park) from the CBRS

The acma need to do A . There job B . Prosecute C . Sue and proceeds can go to catching other idiots. This shouldn't be a test it should be common sense if one person is harassing everybody else don't you think you should do something about it.

I beleave he should be removed due to abuseing ather stations and beeing a pest and cutting athe people off when they are trying to put a call out or trying to dx and get contacts.

I am stunned and horrified that Andrew 016 has been able to continue the way he does. I have heard him threaten people and stalk them from channel to channel. Then if someone asks him to stop, he goes into an all day angry rant. One he comments that he doesn't play music then the next brags about it. Lately it's been the Pizza Rat song and Heavy Metal sometimes for hours. I asked him nicely a couple of months ago why. The reply was, if you don't like it F off to another channel. I replied that's not nice Andrew. I then got a 20min rant being called every name under the sun. I was mobile with my partner at the time who wanted to call in to Andrew address and break him in half. I didn't want this and still don't want anyone to be violent. Please ACMA have this man remover for the CB radio. His behaviour is disgusting and no one should be subjected to it.

This individual harasses people to breaking point and then based on their reaction, claims they insulted or threatened him. He then targets this good operator and harasses even more and slanders. Everything he does is illegal, his equipment, his language and protocol: recording and playing back, dropping carriers and talking over people, playing music, over modulating. Most recently, transmitting on one frequency and receiving on another, so he is not even monitoring the frequency he is transmitting on. It's time.

Please acma and associated authorities please do something about the abuse we have to take every day from this dirty mouth operator.. there is no need for it i turn my radio on to abuse then told if i dont like what i am hearing there is 39 other channels i can use.. this operator is not interested in having a conversation with anyone he is just there to abuse and make it hard for anyone to talk. Something needs to be done about the fool people will not tolerate this rubbish for much longer ..its the whole of australia he abuses and when the skips not there he then resorts to abusing every one around melbourne. He thinks he owns the airwaves it dont matter were one goes he will follow and play music drops carriers ect over peoples conversations. He also has a uhf repeater he plays back over channel 35 on 11 metres were he records everyones voice something has to be done and done now we are sick of this going un noticed. Enough is enough

This CB operater is very abussive towards me and my family members to whom he has never meet he has said very explicit filthy Words that's very inappropriate .. I heard him be rude and abussive towards other CB users who are just trying to have a normal conversation amongst themselves.

This person needs to be removed, he is a foul mouth pest who makes threats to every one calling them dirty filthy names , he runs illegal equipment namely amatuer radio gear on 11 metres he just clogs up the airwaves making it impossible for any one to chat he then follows you to channels playing music over our conversations

To the acma do your job or maybe moniter the said person he is a foul mouth pest who harrasses people on the cb for no reason and to the people reading this how about sharing this petition with every one you know on cb so they can all sign it too there is only one way the acma will listen so we need signatures

It's a pity people like this can't just join in for a chat with everyone else, it would be better if he could stop this annoying behaviour, impacting on the enjoyment of many other cb operators.

If this guy is truly a menace then ACMA should be doing something about it!! Citizen Band is for all to enjoy and if this guy is a pest by fouling up the airwaves to the point of threats and cussing he surely should be removed!! ACMA do your Job!!

G'day Paul, I have heard some of the comments he has made to you and regarding you. They should be considered unacceptable anywhere and to your credit you have kept a mostly level head. Very hard not to bite back when someone constantly harasses you and deliberately interferes with your conversations.
