Remove Andrew William Vella 016 BOOM BOOM (Formerly of Clarkefield and Gladstone Park) from the CBRS

Well, it seems Mr Vella's restrictions have been lifted or he again doesn't care. For the last month or so he has again become increasingly abusive to other operators. At first he was trying to do it discreetly but now it seems he again doesn't care. I surprised this individual never seems to learn. The question many should be asking is WHY! Why, if he had his chance in court twice, why didn't he produce any of the evidence to the court? Could it be that he doesn't want his behaviour on the public record? ACMA. Please do your job and stop hiding behind your mistakes of the past and make things right.

Dear ACMA. I would like to raise a complaint request with you on behalf of the general CB and Amateur radio community of Victoria. The complaint concerns the behavior of one individual which is in violation of the Radio Communications Act 1992 Section 197(b) and other sections which state that : 1. A person must not operate a CB station in a way that would be likely to cause a reasonable person, justifiably in all the circumstances, to be seriously alarmed or seriously affronted; or for the purpose of harassing a person. 2. A person is guilty of an offence if: the person engages in conduct; and the person is reckless as to whether the conduct will result in: substantial disruption or disturbance of radiocommunications. Please see following for a summary of the violation details. The violations have been occurring on the CBRS 27 MHz band and various Amateur Radio bands in Victoria, Australia. Please note that the ACMA has been notified about this situation at least once before so the details of previous case(s) will be in your records. ** Unlicensed transmission on various Amateur Radio bands including the 28 MHz and 144 MHz bands. ** Operation of transmitting equipment which exceeds the allowable power limits on the CBRS 27 MHz band. ** Continual abuse, threats, accusations, intimidation and other inappropriate behavior which has resulted in substantial interference to communications for a large number of radio operators on both the CBRS and Amateur radio bands. ** Ongoing targeted harassment, stalking, personal threats, accusations, slanderous comments and public nuisance. In addition to the above violations, this individual's behavior results in a continual general mis-representation to international radio operators of Australian culture and ideals. Please take note that the above-mentioned behavior has been in occurrence for a number of years, and everyone involved is at a loss to understand why the situation has been allowed to cont

This should of taken place years ago a menace to society i dont know what makes his brain tick over but he seems to be the odd one out daily get rid of him so we can enjoy radio once again.

I can assure you Lindsay, that is not the case. "Half the people on here havnt signed this." There has been a couple that I know of that were not legitimate so they were removed. The fact that you don't know Boom Boom means you're not qualified to know whether he should be removed or not. If you wish your comments and signature be removed just ask. Yes, please do. Also send a copy to your local MP and ask why is this aloud to continue. Don't except being fobbed off. If they answer your complaint with some crap about trying to prove something, Write them another. They have the right equipment.
