Hi all, I hope this is relevant enough not to get booted. IMO, 016 acts like a scumbag on the radio and absolutely deserves to be removed from all forums of radio. His behaviour on and off the radio is disgusting. I wasn't going to post as I haven't spoken on the CBRS in at least 6 weeks and even then it was only for a few minutes and over the last 4-5yrs only a hand full of times. I also haven't been on this page in a fair while, but apparently I'm still getting a mention on air and on here. Posts have been removed, but I was shown a couple of screen shots of messages and didn't look at the rest because I couldn't give a flying f*** about what anyone thinks of me as long as they are judging me on facts. Not being told by someone with zero credibility (016). Or the Provocateur. I only have one thing for that person and that's a big fat kiss right in the middle of the forehead. Let's be clear. I've only ever given out one persons address and that was 016's after he had been following Pete 259 and myself around the channels playing a song over us everytime we tried to talk... I know where 016 lives so I drove there and sure enough it was him so I screamed out his address and regretted doing so about 10min later and apologized about 2 days later when I heard him only to be told to get f**ked, that's cool it was a shit thing to do. Even though he had been doing the same for months to me and many others. I have never given out anyone's phone number or anyone else's address. I've been offered 016's phone number and the people who offered it to me will know what I'm talking about if they read this. I didn't want it. I know it now, bit hard to miss it, it was all over the radio.. I also know he was prank calling me from his Ex's phone. Yes I have the proof. Brainless from Clarkfield repeats the same brainless thing approximately 10 times a day on the same two 27 Mhz CB channels 35 and 11. Hes being doing that for at least 12 years. That's 10 x 365 x 12 = 43,800 times. Is that harassment ? What kind of person can say the same thing so many times over and over again for so long ...

A person must not operate a CB station in a way that would be likely to cause a reasonable person, justifiably in all the circumstances, to be seriously alarmed or seriously affronted; or for the purpose of harassing a person. 2. A person is guilty of an offence if: the person engages in conduct; and the person is reckless as to whether the conduct will result in: substantial disruption or disturbance of radiocommunications.

Is this fool still on CB radio? That shouldn't be a question. The ACMA are laughable! They lie when called, they lie when emailed. They lie about their own equipment being used to track people. Think it's about time someone sent the many hours of record conversation, not just the ones from CB but all the others as well to ACA. Or perhaps uploaded them to YouTube or maybe if someone was harassing staff at the ACMA as much as this Boom Boom guy harassers other users of CB radio they might want to do something. I'm sure the ACMA is aware the when Mr Vella (Boom Boom 016) operates outside the conditions of the CBRS, it equal to him running without a license.

Wow, the little snitch was at it again Tuesday and Tuesday night, saying he's dobbing people into everyone from Centrelink, ACMA, Work Cover, The Council and even the Police. This might be ok if he was a concerned citizen with a social conscience and didn't like people breaking the law or doing the wrong thing. But it wasn't any of that. He admitted to doing it without any foundation just to give people a hard time. He even threaten to kill someone again the other night and bury them in a backyard. Unbelievable, this pest is still on CB radio. I heard him the other day attack poor Pete the Shockwave guy for hours. Every time Pete tried to talk he would hurl abuse at him. Not to mentioned the abuse he hurls at others. Everyone in the CB community knows Pete and how much he does to help people. Andrew has been attacking him nonstop for years now and to Pete's credit he mostly ignores him. Andrew has moved from Clarkfield now and his behaviour is still the same if not worse. He was even trying the other day to get Squid involved and he did. Both of them calling Pete names like Rat, Rat-Dog. Mind you, this Andrew guys is the same guy that on a number of occasions has openly said. I dobbed on you Peter, I dobbed you into the Council, Centrelink and the ACMA. Seriously, what will it take to get someone to do something?
