Remove Andrew William Vella 016 BOOM BOOM (Formerly of Clarkefield and Gladstone Park) from the CBRS

I can't believe this germ is still on radio giving people a hard time. Settlement for Mummy and Daddy's place must be soon. Supposed he'll just be mobile all the time.

18th & 19th of May 2019. Is there nothing out of bounds for this guy Andrew/Drew Vella 016 Boom Boom? I thought I'd heard it all, but nope! It seems he has no end to how low he'll go, from same horrible derogatory comments about peoples partners and loved ones to comments and peoples authenticity and so on. Now it seem he's taken to going mobile and tracking people down and doing the same thing while sitting close to there homes and abusing them. Hey, ACMA you know you can take him to court in a non criminal procedure, so the burden of proof is not the same. I'm sure if you read through the complaints you've received a number of people would be prepared to give evidence. Oh wait, does the ACMA have a way of cross referencing complaints?

Also make sure that the name and if known the callsign and call number of the person you wish to make the complaint about is included in the subject line of the email. So the emails can be cross-referenced with any other complaints received about the same person.

If you are sick to death of this or any other CB idiot, help make CB great again by doing the following : 1. Record the offender transmitting on either HF or UHF CB radio or ham radio using your mobile phone. Don't record for too long at once, create shortish recordings of 5 minutes or so otherwise the files will be too big to send in an email. 2. Send an (anonymous) email to [email protected] and ask for a new complaint case to be created, and give some details of his behavior, and attach the recordings in mp3 format to the email. Put the time and date of the recordings in the email and a brief description of his bad behavior. If he is bullying you or discriminating against you, mention this in the email. You can ask to remain anonymous. If you have mental health issues and this moron is making it worse mention that in the email also. 3. Follow up the complaint via email once every 2 weeks. We all have a right to not have to tolerate bullying, threats, intimidation, harassment and discrimination on CB radio. They don't tolerate it on Social Media, stick up for our Awesome hobby and don't tolerate it on CB radio either !!!

I am only new on here and have to say this person is extremely rude and all he seems to want to do is abuse other users of the radio, he constantly attacks Mt Disapointment for no apparent reason and the languish he users and the threats he makes is unfit for this medium, I would never let my kids use this medium due to the filth that flows out of his mouth, I truly believe he is a danger not only on 27 MHz or cb land but potentially to anybody in his neighbourhood and I fear for the young people out there that can not defend themselves. I feel he should be banned from using any type of social media and should be assessed for mental fitness as I believe he needs professional help before he does someone real harm that's if he hasn't already.

This comment is directed to the ACMA, what if anything are the ACMA doing regarding the behaviour of Andrew Vella on 27Mhz and on UHF CB radio? I was told he has received 2 official warnings in writing, but he is still doing the same behaviour. I'm pretty much only on UHF and it's almost a daily occurrence that Andrew is on CH4O abusing and harassing people, screaming out people's home addresses. He also goes to other channels and deliberately tries to interfere with companies using UHF. This comment is directed to Andrew if he looks at this page, if not maybe someone can ask him. Why do you continually abuse people and try and tell everyone what everyone else is running and that they are running illegal equipment, but there is now photos doing the rounds of your radio setup from your parents house and from where you were living near Tullamarine. Strange? there's a couple of Kenwoods on ch35 and even a video of you abusing someone on Channel 35 while using your Kenwood and Dave Made Amplifier while sitting on a recliner chair rubbing you leg getting all excited while abusing someone and saying you've tracked them down. Is this so you can broadcast their address? Also, have you recently tried to blackmail a young woman regarding lease bond money and recently received an order from Vcat to remove your name from the same lease? I mention this to see if you are the same grub off the radio as on it. Is this you? If a man's character determines his destiny, what hope is there for you in the future?
