These traffic cameras are ridiculous. They've gotten (or perhaps always have been) out of hand. You can't make right turns on red signals when the road is clear to do so?

Why doesnt the group start a class action suite against Nassau County to get them to forgive all tickets produced by the unlawful cameras and refund fines to anyone who paid them. there is no reason they should only forgive tickets generated in Aug 2014. It doesnt matter when the tickets were genereated they should all be tossed out with the unlawful cameras. Its the right thing to make this right with everyone involved.

would like to know if the law said that the cameras have to be on the street of a school why is the one that was on mill rd in valley stream in front of a pvt house and not in front of the school?

I received 4 in the mail within ONE WEEK, and there may be more on the way. How do I appeal these - especially now that they have been revoked, I would like to fight these. It is absolutely a scam.

I have lived here for over 30 years and NEVER gotten a ticket; when kids are out the cross guard and cops are there. This is ridiculous, I got several (3 and one coming I believe) in a matter of weeks. I paid one but will fight the others, one contribution is enough.
