Living costs are the highest they've ever been and fuel costs are the highest they've been through 2015-2018. Financial struggles are a significant contributing factor to the mental health of young Australians, with also the highest rate of suicide in under 25's. Coincidence?

Giant fuel companies, are just taking what they can. Unless we stand up for what we believe is fair and just. they will just keep pushing.

I cannot live with these fuel prices. They are taking most of my pay and I cannot believe our government would let this happen. They are turning us into a 3rd world country by letting corporations govern Australia when they should not have any say! I cannot afford $1.85 per litre in fuel!

The price of fuel was under a dollar a litre towards the end of last year..... Now they are predicting it to be 2 dollars a litre by Christmas... Come on government, stop lining your own fat pockets and start looking after the country before you lose control of it....

Time to ditch the tax component of fuels... And as for charging GST on something that is already 40%+ tax this is and always has been illegal, a tax or excise in neither goods nor a service and cannot be subject to GST

Fuel is way too high needs to be a Royal Commission into it and regulate prices. Some days there is a 30 cents a litre difference

Fuel prices need to be lowered, it’s crazy to expensive especially as a 17 year old at school and not living with parents I live with my girlfriend and it’s so hard to pay for petrol now

All the petrol stations in my area are all priced 1-2 cents the same, they also all dramatically increase their petrol prices at the same time, sometimes as much as 30 cents, then over the next two weeks the price slowly trickles down. It's obviously a concerted price gouge, and it really does affect small to medium businesses, especially those who don't/can't clain back the GST.

It's time for government to do what they are elected to do. Represent the people they supposedly serve.

There's been a lot of investigations begun into petrol prices over the years - and they just peter out. Hope this time it gets results.
