As workers, taxpayers, citizens and parents, we are sick of the Governments multiple taxes and fees on our fuel, using the money for their pensions, bonuses and handouts. Cut the charges, cut the bonuses and pensions to Politicians. You claim to be here for the people then you should be like the people.

The current and expected rising price of fuel is making it impossible to live fortnight to fortnight for those of us with reliable jobs, how much harder must it be for those who have less?! Lower the price of fuel, this is beyond a joke now! The price of oil per barrel is lower than it's been in the past and still the cost at the bowser is the highest we've ever seen. This makes no sense, fix it!

It's really hard for someone studying at Uni, someone who has to work after to fulfill his basic needs, all the money goes on fuel literally.

Families are struggling to make ends meet on their basic take home pay. It is unfair and unjust to keep raising petrol prices when pay is not in alignment

The government seems to have their own rule book. The Royal Banking Commission identified that Australians are being ripped off by the banks with fees, yet the government is the biggest offender, especially ASIC who penalises businesses at a rate of $79.00 per day if you miss the due by date for your invoice. Who in private business can charge this amount when an invoice is overdue by a customer. Businesses pay taxes, what does ASIC do, they are a toothless tiger. The increased cost of living for Australians is impacting negatively on too many families. Every year health fund fees increase. Every week fuel seems to increase. How can businesses who rely on fuel compete and operate with the unnecessarily high price of fuel. The cost of living is so high that no one is living, which impacts on other businesses who rely on holiday trade. Wake up parliament!!!

Time for a fair go current fuel prices are hurting we mere mortals in Australia. Rural people rely on fuel we don't have the luxury of city transport options.
