It is time to take back our city from the terrible taxi industry and these vendors that think they can just set up shop anywhere, while the rest of have to jump through hoops and comply with every possible by-law under the sun!

I've personally witnessed a taxi driver buying drugs from drug dealers at the taxi rank in full view of passersby, including children, one Sunday afternoon. This is wholly unacceptable!
