It is our firm belief that Rosemarie Anderson does not have the qualities of a good leader.
Many colleagues in Availability and other departments strongly agree with this and have and have commentedin passing that Rosemarie comes across "self-centered" while also being "hated" and has constantly been accused of being a "hypocrite".
When Rosemarie accepted a journey to promotion, colleagues in Availability reacted negatively. This negativity brought about colleagues requesting transferring departments as well as a couple of colleagues going so far as to contemplate resigning their positions in accordance with Rosemarie's promotion.
The purpose of this petition is to request a properly qualified new section leader and manager.
A viable option for replacement is our previous section leader, Rakesh Mehapatra. I am of strong conviction that he is respected and liked by colleagues in Grocery Availability and in my he is far better qualified through interpersonal skills and communication than our present section leader, Rosemarie.

She was a horrible collegue to work with. One of the main reasons I had to quit Asda. Communication skills were appauling and hypocrite cant describe her better.

I agree with the below comment, and find it very difficult to communicate with her, in any situation that I've come across. This is one reason that I admit makes working in Asda harder.
