If you are a teacher, parent, or a student, please reach out to me at [email protected] to detail why you would like to see Dr. Kathleen Hagstrom removed from Walt Disney. Dr. Hagstrom made a point of humiliating me in front of my entire class in third grade, and as a student there I’d always witnessed her berating and verbally abusing teachers and other staff members. And I can’t believe I hadn’t ever realized this, but it’s true- I was enrolled at Disney for seven years, and every single year, my teacher was specifically a well dressed, thin, white female. Every single year. I thought I had known the extent of her unprofessional behavior, but after reading this, my opinion of her has managed to reach a new low. Thank you for informing me of all this, I’m signing the petition now, and I hope that she is removed from her position (and favorably from the entire field of education).

I got severely bullied and the principal did not do a thing and I had to involve the police and she did bad things

My daughter was a student at Walt Disney. Aside from being rude and condescending, Dr. Hagstrom lacks a basic understanding of the law and her responsibility to keep students safe. My daughter was assaulted by fellow students and the principal refused to take action. We had to involve the police. Then my daughter endured threats for the course of the following school year (with a court issued restraining order) and the principal continued to refuse to take action. My daughter became severely depressed and suicidal which her therapist attributed to a form of PTSD but the principal insisted that we were being a dramatic. It wasn't until we retained an attorney that the district stepped in to protect our daughter and implemented a safety plan. Dr. Hagstrom is a horrible excuse for a human being and is not worthy of being trusted to care for children.

at the end of the day during dismissal she is outside and if kids aren't standing on the imaginary yellow line she send them all the way back into the building petttyyyyyy

I’ve witnessed her be blatantly rude to a colored peer of mine. I was very angry about it but couldn’t say anything since I was inferior to her and felt I would get in trouble. Thank you for creating this petition.

People if you want change you need to attend the LSC meetings!
This is where the change can occur!
Your voices need to be heard! Teachers are afraid of her. Parents who go there don’t want trouble for their child or children. So please help them out and attend the meeting. You should be able to look up when the next meeting is! I know i would love to go to the meeting but I don’t live in Chicago anymore!!

My friend told me that his brother couldn't come because he is a muslim. I go to a different school with respect but a principle who says his brother is a different race means he should get kicked out. You should get fired. This is why there will be 1000 signatures before this petuition end. You canto just judge if he is a different race. Get fired you dumb women.
