This is unacceptable!! Our parents are already struggling as it is to even cater for online classes. They are also getting salary cuts. While some private universities are giving upto 30% discounts... this administration is giving us a 5% discount while including charges that aren't even aplicable. This is outrageous.

It doesn't feel fair that only 5% is the relief we are being allocated.
We are on tough times and can barely afford the required fee.

It's inconsiderate for the university to expect us to pay for fees eg library fees, medical fee, internet fee among others and yet while at home, we're using our own resources to cater for this services. The students are also going to incur more costs to be able to access the online classes. We should either be refunded the monies that won't be in use for the online classes period or the University should allow the payment to be forfeited. Most of us and our parents are really struggling during this time.

& l would also recommend the fees we had paid should be used to buy us Bundles for us to be able to attend to online classes
