We need proper leaders not leaders that only cares about promoting themselves. We nead leaders that would solve problems and get rid of drugs and crime. Leaders that would solve the water and electricity problems.

Please bear in mind that the petition says Claremont Ward 82 community is beset . I live in Claremont and feel that Conway should not speak on behalf of the community. I don't agree with that . When was the lights off for 4days I am aware that City Powers had a National problem and lights goes off for a few hours and back on. Ward 82 also has Bosmont , Katrada , Newclare , Waterval and Westbury.
When the community treathen and is disrespectful to the Cllr it's okay. The meeting you referring in the petition was City off JHB issues as there was no proper communication with the Cllr and as far as the ward Commitee the candidates campaigned what was the need for the Cllr to communicate with the community as it's not a political election . Meeting are being held as there was a Claremont Cluster meeting but poor attendance and pamphlets was given out. He has stakeholders and that's the meetings he has and have been assisting with issues in Bosmont and Claremont. Yes it's been 6 months he is a Cllr but the community expects so much from him. Everything that has happened so far is disrespect and insults and no appreciate for he has done . I am upset as I am a resident in Claremont and not happy with the petition. Cllr does not have a office why invade his privacy and space to go to his house. He stood up for himself in the meeting as he was disrespected in front off officials. The community can be disrespectful when they talk to him treathen him and his family on the phone , SMS and emails it's okay. How do you know he has not given reports or have meetings with the entities. The entities was here to reach out to the community and there meeting was also interupted so we sitting with the same issues because as a community we were not willing to listen to there plans going forward. MMC Michael Sun was also disrespected . So please refrain from saying that Claremont is beset we are not there is just too much political issues and now the community must suffer on
