I had a bigg issue with COJ which lead to me contacting Ombudsman and paying SUNDRY CHARGES of approximately R18k to avoid disconnection of services which I strongly still believe I was not liable for l continuously contacted the Cllr had no response until he responded approximately a month later that I must send him my query and he will be in contact with me. I sent to him and heard nothing from him after. This happened around June 2021
