I am a domestic violence victim who had her as a judge while going to court with my abuser and she failed to protect me and my daughter she gave visitation rights to my abuser. She needs to step down as a judge she is a horrible monster.

I don’t know how she can be a mother and a judge with such power for families have no heart! She has destroyed my family! She should NOT be a judge anymore. Get her off the bench! Disgrace. She’s my party line but I didn’t vote for her as you shouldn’t!!!

With no evidence or reason this judge granted an order of protection against me. I was without a lawyer in court (my lawyer was called away) and I was denied any parental rights. I was restricted to seeing my daughter once every two weeks with a supervisor. No over night, no weekends, no holidays. I was limited to one phone call Monday thru Friday school days only between 3:00 and 3:15 pm with each call being monitored. I was censored in that if I expressed any emotion the phone call was immediately disconnected. I experienced PTSD and suffered from severe depression resulting in the loss of my career and purpose for living.

The father took advantage of a tragedy to misrepresent himself & the role he NEVER played in La’Niya’s life. CPS needs to continue investigating to uncover the deplorable living situation! Send La’Niya back to our Family

This judge gave a child away to a stranger because he was a biological father !!! This Is possible Gabriel Fernandez case !!!!!
