Nilda Velásquez Horowitz will ignore that a child is i danger! She is so caught up on her power trip and ignores the best interest of a child. She will always side with women and could care less off the child's welfare. She has been known to influence cases fir her friends. She really needs to be removed from her position.

Nothing good to say here. Been in her court for 2 years, and systematically have had my rights as a dad taken completely to where I now get "supervised visitation". Judge refuses to read the 60 page forensic evaluation that will show the truth. Biased and corrupt and completely in violation of federal laws. Threatens me each appearance with a "perjury" referral to the DA to try and scare me. Not only do I fight for my rights as a father against a narcissistic ex-wife, I'm fighting the judge as well. I've filed a very detailed complaint with the commission on judicial conduct and am awaiting the conclusion of their investigation. This judge needs the boot and to be held accountable for her abuse of power, at a minimum!

This judge is trying to give custody of my nephew to his deadbeat dad who doesn't work and doesn't pay child support just because he has his inheritance hidden and is able to pay big bucks to get what he wants behind closed doors! Do what's right for the children and their families!

She wouldn't hear my case when my son verbally and physically assaulted me, my brother, and my mother. I needed to modify my petition and file a violation and she blew me off. Iam hear to help my son get help and to prevent any one else get serious hurt or even critically hurt (die). She is prejudice and not compassionate about the family. She doesn't deserve to be on the BENCH.

This judge is harming my 8 year old nephew. She needs to be stopped. I fear for him every single day. She does not care about his best interest, she thinks she is fighting for the under dog but she is not.
