This was not the experience I paid for, overcrowded, crushed to get inside, openly drug use, security fighting, too busy to get into anywhere

Im absolutely shocked at this year’s reminisce!! I have been every single year from day 1 but I didn’t actually go this year thank god.i went to the last reminisce in 2019 and the same thing happened to us when trying to get in the queue it was absolutely shocking everyone was pushing in there was no security out there/no fences to stop people pushing in absolutely nothing.everyone was getting crushed it was a disaster waiting to happen yet again its been allowed to happen this year !! Also why is there still only 1 entrance? It’s ridiculous! The amount of ticket sales has gone up every single year yet nothing else is growing still the same amount of entrances/toilets/bars.they are clearing not learning from there mistakes in 2019 they actually blamed the weather for the queue to get in because apparently there was a breaK in the rain and alot of people got there At the same time - unbelievable.no it was not a break in the rain it was poorly managed exactly the same as this year why has this been allowed to happen two years in a row its shocking risk assessment on the entrance they are VERY lucky nobody was hurt this year !!

This event was a disgrace from start to finish! It was a miracle no one was hurt! Nothing less than a refund would be acceptable! I would strongly recommend no one to go back to future events! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

This was my first time attending remenisce and was very excited, this was ruined by having to queue for nearly 3 hours to get in, over an hour for a drink to be told the card machines were down, cash machine had over an hour queue, the tents also had over an hours wait to get in, ruined the whole day and left early! Not queueing system to get in, people pushing and shoving everywhere, this was so unsafe and had clearly been oversold!

No organisation, there was four of us queuing in a normal manner we were scared, when people were jumping in the que, then it was a free for all everyone started to do the same, people getting crushed, fainting, having panic attacks, been going to Reminisce for 7years, had no problem getting in just used to walk straight in, will never go again.

I have been goin to this event 3 years now and loved it and what I experienced sat 11 sep 21 was the worst day ever for me getting squashed and pushed in a que to Finally get in for nearly 2 hours then get in toilets already overflowing this was 4 o’clock then to be waiting in another que for a drink for another 45 mins which ran out of wine and card m as home went down finally got in main tent but when I came out to go toilets all busy again tried to get bk into the tent were I was stuck in the middle of a que which got bigger and out of control got pushed and shoved again which caused me to have a panic attack and couldn breath finally a security got me out the way but arwful people were jumping barriers and trying to get under the tent so in the end me and my friends had enough and left at 8 absolute joke this year to many people to many tickets sold down to greed oh and I had had my ticket from Covid postponed last time never again put me off no health and safety at all

Far too many people nearly ended up in disaster, illegal re labeling of alcohol and scandalous drink prices only saw one act the whole night because of ques and no bins or hand washing facilities toilets that don't flush waited 2 years for this as it was cancelled when I booked and it was my first time at the event

Massive queues to get in couldn’t go out of a tent or you couldn’t get back in. The whole point of a festival is to go into all the tents to see all the acts you want to see an you couldn’t do that as there was far to many people in there. This was my 4th reminisce and was nowhere near as good as the other 1s I’d been to it was like the full allocation had been took with all the people that rolled their tickets over from last year plus at least another 5k on too far to many people in there an to dangerous.

First and last time for me, I was in the queue outside and was crushed against the metal barriers, yes I started to panic and got upset finally they let me out onto the other side.

Massive queues, internet went down as soon as the event opened so was charged £2.95 to get my money out even tho every where said card payments accepted. Ran out of all alcoholic drinks except captain Morgan spiced rum by 8pm, the toilets where disgusting as soon as we walked onto the park at 1pm with numerous used condoms all over the floor of the toilets, acts showing up early or not at all and then the utter disrespect from the security guards when I was trying to tell them about the blatant drug use going on in the tents. So disappointed.

Queued up for 3 and half hours to get in the event, queued from 1.30pm until 3.50pm. A further hour for a drink. Didn’t see any acts I wanted too, couldn’t get a drink as all the machines were down, finally got in a tent at 7pm then left at 9.30pm due to needing a drink, so disappointed. It was my first year attending, was gutted.

This really was a dangerous environment, nowhere near enough nor competent security staff, no stewards/marshals at the queues to get in, definitely oversold, we need to find out the real numbers, they reckon 20,000.....was definitely well over that amount which means they were in breach of the contract with the council, this definitely needs investigating & we all need refunds as this is not what any of us paid for..... Basically false advertising, and the fact that the WiFi went down as soon as the gates opened stinks of a cover up for true numbers.

Dangerously overcrowded. Couldn't get into the tents. The queues were packed tight, no organisation with people pushing forward.

Spent £85 to stand queuing for the duration and did not get to see anything. Seriously overcrowded, crowds overpowered limited security and caused people to be crushed. Very unsafe. Too many people and not enough space to allow thousands of us to take part and enjoy what we paid for. Major let down and epic failure. Want my money back as I DID NOT get what I paid for.
