Unsafe, disorganised queues to get into both the actual event and e very tent. Queuing from every angle and no clear management of direction. Scruffy youngsters pushing through everyone, breaking barricades and paying security. Security just stood there saying calm down. 10 toilets for a 7300 capacity tent, that were obviously absolutely overflowing and still took 45 mins to get into. So lucky you didnt have a major incident on your hands. I've been for a couple of years and to many other festivals, never witnessed anything like this....disgraceful.

Waited 2 hours in the queue to enter the festival to go in another queue for another hour for a drink. We were told it was cash/card. This wasn't the case! The cash machines were down so we couldn't get any cash out! We couldn't use our cards because they had no signal!
So we couldn't buy food/drink! The tents were filled over capacity!
We couldn't get to see any of the acts we were looking forward to seeing!
Hugely disappointed!! It needs to be run and organised better!

Absolutely awful. worse festival I’ve ever been to. I had to to leave early due to being crushed. I was in too much pain in my ribs. I know a lot of people have been injured due to the lack of security and help. I expected it to be busy but I didn’t expect for numbers to be over the venues capacity. It was horrendous. How people weren’t seriously hurt I’ll never know. I’m
So glad People used their common sense and went home early otherwise more people would have been hurt. Terrible. So many people were ripped off.

I paid £160 for two tickets and it was the most unorganised and dangerous event ive ever been to. I've been going to festivals every year for 20 years to say im devastated doesn't cover it. Missed most of it standing in queues getting crushed

Purchased vip tickets which helped with the initial que to get in but other than that no value. Missed so many acts due to queuing to get into tents. Ques we’re very unsafe and scary. Pushing/ squashed/ couldn’t move out of it even if wanted to

Such a shame we ended up getting early and was home by 7pm, unable to purchase food or drink and unable to get cash out. But the crowds and safety was very concerning no crowd control.

Far too many tickets sold and not enough staff to control the crowds....it was dangerous, the tpilet facilities were massively inadequate, this event should be for over 25's too many you kids with angry heads, the whole event has been mismanaged, it was uncomfortable and dangerous and unhealthy!

Really disapointed. Feel very let down by the festival. I really think free tickeys shoykd be issued to certain induviduals who had a bad experience. Tbis should be an over 25s event and tbe smountnif people there was really bad. Scary even

I’ve been to many festivals and not experienced one as terrible controled then this, as been squashed in the cue not being able to move 3.5 hours to get in we spoke to security who basically said they were sorting it for them to put barriers near the entrance not even thinking of the thousand behind us who were also being squashed… one word Covid eventually getting to the entrance no covid pass was asked for and for tickets the scanners wasn’t working so everyone went in without showing. Once getting into the arena also being squashed to get a drink for over 1 hour everyone moving the barriers at the bar again was mannick not an experience I liked, once getting the drink I thought things couldn’t go worse, cueing to get into the tents was also a complete disaster and again being squashed Up and waiting for another hour with people pushing there way through, I do admit once in the tent the music was fantastic but by that time I had enough and went home at 9
